Privacy Policy
JPE (SG) Care and Welfare Education PTE. LTD. will follow the guidelines below to properly handle the personal data and sensitive personal data of customers, partners, and employees.
1. Compliance with Laws
We will comply with the “Personal Data Protection Law” and other relevant laws and regulations, as well as the “Guidelines for Proper Handling of Sensitive Personal Data (for Corporations)” and internal regulations, to ensure the proper handling of personal data and sensitive personal data.
2. Collection and Use of Personal Data
When collecting personal data directly from customers, partners, or employees in written form, we will clearly state the purpose of use. In other cases, we will notify or disclose the purpose of use in an appropriate manner.
We will not use personal data beyond the scope necessary to achieve the stated purpose without prior consent from customers, partners, or employees, unless otherwise permitted by law.
3. Management of Personal Data
We will take necessary measures to prevent personal data from being leaked, lost, or damaged, and will properly manage the personal data of customers, partners, and employees.
We will provide appropriate supervision to employees and will supervise third parties entrusted with handling personal data to ensure proper management.
4. Provision of Personal Data to Third Parties
Unless we have obtained prior consent from customers, partners, or employees (including cases where third parties are entrusted with handling personal data for the intended purpose), or unless otherwise permitted by law, we will not provide personal data to third parties.
5. Disclosure, Correction, and Suspension of Use of Personal Data
If customers, partners, or employees request notification, disclosure, correction, deletion, or suspension of use of their personal data, we will verify the request and respond in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
6. Purpose of Use of Sensitive Personal Data
We will use sensitive personal data of partners for the following purposes:
1. Work related to the preparation of salary, expense reports, and related administrative procedures.
2. Work related to the preparation of dividend distribution, surplus allocation, and fund interest payment reports.
We will use sensitive personal data of employees for the following purposes:
1. Work related to withholding tax and related tax administration.
2. Work related to the preparation of deductions for dependents, insurance premiums, and spouse-related tax deductions.
3. Work related to salary payment reports.
4. Work related to salary payment reports and special withholding tax statements for changes in salary income.
5. Work related to special withholding adjustment or conversion requests.
6. Work related to pension recipient classification and payment reports.
7. Work related to retirement income reporting.
8. Work related to housing savings, pension savings reports, and related applications.
9. Work related to health insurance, welfare pension, and corporate pension reporting.
10. Work related to National Pension third-party reporting.
11. Work related to applications for and claims under health insurance, welfare pension, and corporate pension schemes.
12. Work related to employment insurance and workers’ compensation insurance reporting.
13. Work related to applications for and claims under employment insurance and workers’ compensation insurance.
7. Provision of Sensitive Personal Data
Unless required by law, we will not provide sensitive personal data of partners or employees to third parties.
8. Security Management Measures
We will take necessary and appropriate security management measures to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of personal data and sensitive personal data, and will provide appropriate supervision to employees and third parties (including subcontractors) handling such data. In addition, we have established internal rules titled “Personal Data and Sensitive Personal Data Security Management Rules.”
9. Internal System Development
We will appoint a responsible person for handling personal data and sensitive personal data of customers, partners, and employees, and will continuously improve and maintain an appropriate internal security management system.
